Head of PU Controlling - Balers (m/f)

For our Woippy site, where CLAAS balers are manufactured, we are currently looking for a PU Controller – Balers.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Global Finance Tractors & Implements, you will be responsible for:

• Lead a small controlling team.
• Support PU management as critical counterpart in economic questions and decisions (Business analysis and definition of operational measures, strategic product controlling).
• Break down strategic top-down PU targets & derive measures for mid-term target achievement.
• Active PU Balers product portfolio management from economic perspective.
• Target price setting and evaluation of counter measures.
• Responsibility for Product Cost Controlling of projects and serial products.
• Derive & review business cases and economic project targets (for PU Balers projects) reflecting top-down targets.
• Define and evaluate operational countermeasures in case of deviations.
• Provide PU-input for drawing up mid-term financial planning, individual plans and budgets (operational planning), financial forecasting and risk management.
• PU CapEX controlling.
• Evaluate management reporting and cost accounting data.
• Interface responsibility to Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Q-controlling.

Your profile :

• With a completed degree in finance / business administration and/or industrial engineering, a demonstrated experience in controlling and/or a team leader position.
• Your excellent communication skills, analytical thinking as well as pro-active, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart.
• You enjoy taking new challenges, driving change and solutions, taking ownership as well as making decisions.
• You are experienced in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment.
• You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
• You have good knowledge of the relevant SAP modules and MS Office.
• You are willingness to travel.

The position must be held for at least four years and may also be considered as an assignment abroad
