Your role on our team:
Working under Head of Parts as Parts Business Trainee, I provide end‑to‑end support for parts business. My role covers warehouse daily operation, import customs clearance follow‑up, market research and marketing material production. I cooperate cross‑functionally with sales and logistics teams, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to team targets through on‑the‑job learning.
Your profile:
- Conduct daily warehouse operations including incoming goods inspection, order picking & delivery, and inventory counting.
- Maintain daily warehouse environment, comply with goods stacking standards and safety management regulations.
- Follow‑up on customs clearance for imported goods, liaise with freight forwarders to resolve clearance exceptions (e.g. application for 3C‑exemption for glass products); prepare customs documents and verify import declaration fees.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis; collect customer requirements and market trend information.
- Support planning and on‑site execution of marketing activities, covering online and offline promotions.
- Plan shooting scripts, shoot and edit promotional short‑videos, and manage relevant media materials.
- Collaborate efficiently with sales, logistics and other cross‑functional teams with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
