Test Engineer

Your role in our team:

• Planning and conducting laboratory testing, performance evaluation and validation of prototype machines and components.

• International long-term operational and functional field tests.

• Developing, implementing and continuously improving measurement and metrology systems.

• Analyzing, evaluating and documenting test results, providing technical feedback and recommendations to machine development engineers.

• Maintaining regular technical communication and collaboration with international partners and cross-functional teams.

• Providing expert technical assessments and recommendations based on test results and measurement data.

• Designing and developing laboratory testing equipment, tools and measurement solutions.

• Actively participating in engineering and product development projects.

Your profile:

• University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Transport Engineering.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

• Relevant engineering experience in a technical or industrial environment.

• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA.

• Strong systems thinking and a structured, project-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for field testing and on-site validation of machines under real operating conditions.
