Your role on our team:
- Preparation and coordination of contracts based on received orders.
- Creation of customer orders in SAP according to the ordered configuration.
- Posting of inventory for products and accessories, preparation for shipment.
- Coordination and documentation of transport organization, packaging and loading.
- Monitoring the timely delivery of products and spare parts.
- Regular coordination with internal departments and external partners.
- Coordination and handling of complaints with partners.
Your profile:
- Minimum secondary education (high school diploma) required (higher education in economics/business or logistics is an advantage).
- Communication-level proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, German and Russian.
- Proactive attitude.
- Accurate and precise work.
- Flexibility and quick adaptability to changes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to understand complex interdependencies and customer needs.
