Your role in our team:
- The Sales Administrator is responsible for receiving and processing orders. Maximising the Customer Service level and Order Fulfillment Rate in a shared service centre organisation.
- This role comes with a progression path to team lead. We are seeking someone with the desire to understand the role and then develop into a team lead of the department locally. We are therefore seeking someone with long term goals and drive for future progression.
- Main Duties:
- Respond to calls, emails and chat promptly and professionally.
- Receive and process orders and enquiries.
- Support export processing and compliance with regulations.
- Provide information about products, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
- Update business partner records and reports on computer databases.
- Check stock and re-order supplies. Assist in managing stock on-site and coordinating between departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Track and prioritise orders, arrange deliveries including country-specific shipping documents, raise invoices and credit notes.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Work to targets.
- Facilitate communication of information between product lines to aid in the development of our Clusters.
- Give quotations and check product availability.
- Handle complaints by coordinating with relevant departments or pass them to a supervisor.
- Work accurately and efficiently, ensuring all informatin is complete.
Your profile:
- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience within the industrial or agricultural machinery industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective (verbal + written) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Profound organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to use your initiative and prioritise tasks, work independently and collaboratively in a team. And sell products and services.
- Persistence and determination.
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
