Your role in our team:
- To support CLAAS UK and the CLAAS Dealer network in executing overall marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across on- and offline channels. This role encompasses broad marketing coordination whilst placing particular emphasis on digital marketing, communications and journalistic content creation to ensure comprehensive support of CLAAS UK's marketing objectives.
- Main Duties:
- Marketing Coordination and Support
o Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver a broad range of marketing activities supporting both CLAAS UK and the dealer network.
o Provide timely responses and advice to marketing requests from the dealer network and internal colleagues, ensuring consistent brand application and market relevance.
o Maintain central UK Marketing inbox including responding to requests in a timely way.
o Proof reading to provide timely, accurate sign-off on all ENG language translations.
o Assist with logistical and promotional support for exhibitions and large-scale events, both physical and digital elements.
o Develop local sales initiatives and marketing materials from concept to distribution.
o Manage dealer media databases, upload current digital assets, and maintain alignment with ongoing campaigns. - Digital Marketing and Communications
o Manage and grow CLAAS UK’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and tailoring content aligned with local, national, and global strategies.
o Oversee the CLAAS UK website and dealer websites by updating campaign/promotional content, implementing user experience enhancements based on analytics, and applying SEO/SEM best practices with external partners.
o Coordinate SEO and Google Ads activities with Group Marketing and external agencies to maximise online visibility and lead generation.
o Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns for internal communications, dealer updates, and customer engagement, ensuring adherence to GDPR and data protection requirements.
o Produce at least two monthly articles for the CLAAS IntraNet, contributing to internal communications and knowledge sharing.
o Capture, edit, and coordinate multimedia content before, during, and after events to support digital storytelling and marketing initiatives. - Journalistic Content Creation
o Research, write, and edit feature articles, news stories, interviews, and case studies for in-house publications, ensuring compelling, accurate, and timely content that resonates with customers.
o Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-quality written, visual, and digital content.

Your profile:
- Skills and Experience
- 2+ years working within an all-round Marketing role is essential.
- Degree or similar qualification within Marketing function is desirable.
- Working within the agricultural industry is desirable, in order to keep abreast of industry challenges and communicating effectively to consumers.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, CMS, email, marketing software, SEO tools and web analytics.
- Proven journalistic skills; researching, writing and editing articles for diverse audiences in print and digital formats.
- Awareness of GDPR and digital data management best practices.
- A creative flair and the ability to work confidently on your own initiative is essential.
- You will ooze enthusiasm as well as be confident, friendly and approachable to both internal and external contacts.
- Strong communication skills are imperative to be able to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Managing your own workload to meet deadlines is imperative.
- Due to the nature of this multi-functional role, an element of flexibility and initiative is imperative to ensure activities are executed with a high-level of professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
