Your role in our team:
- You will line manage the technical instructors, providing clear objectives, regular performance review and support for professional development.
- Co-ordinate training schedules, resources and staff deployment to ensure efficiency and high-quality learner experience.
- Monitor learning progress, outcomes and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding; health and safety; equality, diversity and inclusion policies.
- Work with the team to design and update Apprenticeship training.
- Keep up to date with industry and technical developments.
Your profile:
- Experience of delivering high-quality training and assessing learning progress.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Industry recognised technical qualification at Level 3 or above
- GCSE(or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 or above
- Willingness to undertake a Level 4 teaching qualification within 3 years (If not already held)
- Strong IT skills (MS excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Undertanding of safeguarding and its application in training environment.
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly.
- Current full driving licence and the ability to travel in UK and Europe.
