Your role on our team:

The Canada West Harvest Centre (CWHC) Used Equipment Manager supports the General Sales Manager by accurately tracking and reporting on company and market activities for used wholegoods.  With the guidance of the General Sales Manager, the Used Equipment Manager establishes and monitors compliance to used whole goods processes.

 

  • Monitors and reports on current market activity and pricing trends on used equipment.
  • Establishes and maintains CWHC equipment appraisal tools and monitors compliance. 
  • Monitors and reports on CWHC equipment inventory ensuring budgeted targets are achieved.
  • Develops and executes used equipment marketing plan.
  • Monitors quality and competitiveness of used equipment marketing actions relative to competitors.
  • Monitors quality and completeness of used equipment listings.
  • Coordinates sales regular training.
  • Assists the General Sales Manager in coordinating auction and wholesale activities.
  • tracks and reports on CWHC used equipment sales.

Your profile:

  • 4-year College Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detailed, organized, data driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving skill set.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivator with excellent time management skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license with verifiably safe driving history.
  • Knowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance processes, a plus.
