CLAAS Agricoltura is a new distribution entity operating in three major areas of northern and central Italy, with five operational locations. This has all been conceived, designed, and implemented to ensure efficient and close service to all customers, ranging from the sale of new and used machinery to the prompt supply of spare parts and professional support services.

 

Your role on our team:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial, fiscal, administrative, and operational activities within the company. This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors and active involvement in strategic and operational decision-making, ensuring that company objectives are met through effective planning and resource management. The position is on site in Leno (BS) 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and related financial tasks.
    • Handle fiscal tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Evaluate CAPEX investments, analyzing profitability and sustainability.
    • Manage overdue credit processes, ensuring timely recovery.
    • Coordinate with Board members to ensure clear and strategic communication.
    • Presenting business results and financial projections.
    • Coordinate monthly meetings with the Directors.
    • Supervise and streamline internal workflows.
    • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of company goals.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize processes.
    • Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monthly and quarterly reporting, and the creation of the business plan.
    • Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for the Board and stakeholders.
    • Manage and develop a team of 6 people in the financial and operational departments.
    • Closely collaborate with HR Specialist and IT Manager.

Your Profile:

 

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; an MBA or CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of fiscal regulations and auditing practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to coordinate with the Board and present financial results effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and reporting.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken is required.
