Your role in our team:
- Responsible for parts of the organizations management system
- Organizing the target setting process, scheduling the yearly mastertimeplan
- Facilitating the task management system (ETM) and tracking its deliverables
- Orchestrating the multi-project management and tracking strategic initiatives
- Managing tasks or projects on demand and following up with team members
- Organizing and supporting all relevant management and strategy meetings
- Preparing presentations for the meetings and providing debriefing packages
- Managing the intranet channel and articles for the organization
- Conducting adhoc analysis and reports to support the decision-making
- Acting as a liaison between executive, organization and external partners
- Performing related HR controlling in alignment with HR and Controlling.
- Providing administrative support for the executive with focus on communication, scheduling, documentation and business travels
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, or Business Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, or a related area.
- Good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Proven analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for networking and teamwork. Ability to communicate well through various channels.
- Demonstrated intercultural competence. Fluent in English and German, further languages desirable.
- Hands-on mentality, fast problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Trustworthy, resilient and confidential in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using latest workplace technologies in use, willingness to adopt to new digital tools
