As a team, we are responsible for the successful sales of CLAAS products to our worldwide distributors and importers. With sales subsidiaries around the world, we provide local expertise and ensure first-class customer service through optimal service

 

Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:

Program & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for the short-term rental business
  • Set clear performance targets and ensure sustainable, profitable growth

Operational & Financial Steering

  • Oversee rental operations and ensure high service quality and asset utilization
  • Define and track KPIs to improve performance across markets
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the rental program

Stakeholder & Network Management

  • Align closely with Controlling, Finance, Marketing and Sales Management
  • Collaborate with local wholesale hubs to ensure seamless execution
  • Strengthen and develop the CLAAS sales partner network

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks

Ihr Profil:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Financial and KPI-driven approach. Ability to independently prepare reports and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • Experience in the agricultural machinery industry is desirable
  • Fluent English (German or French is a plus)
  • Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
