Your role in our team:
Process project activities:
- Lead global functional and cross-functional process improvement, harmonization, and standardization through the application and integration of various data analysis methods.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure consistency across global cross-functional process activities.
- Contribute actively to process improvement and harmonization projects, taking initiative and ownership of project outcomes
Methods & tools:
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of common standards for processes and tools, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Facilitate connections among process activities while sharing best practices and lessons learned to foster a collaborative environment.
Continuous improvement and change management:
- Engage in the ongoing improvement of the CLAAS process model and applicable rules, driving innovation and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely within the matrix organization, providing operational support to specialist departments, and actively participating in the change management process to drive seamless transitions
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of engineering or business administration.
- You have profound experience in project management and cross functional working environment, especially in data driven process improvement projects.
- Your excellent communication skills, your analytical thinking as well as pro-active, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart
- You enjoy taking new challenges, driving change and solutions, taking ownership.
- Fluent German, English skills, and optional French as well as your confident handling of MS Office and willingness for travelling complete your profile.
