Head of Training Development (m/f/d)

Your role on our team:

• Disciplinary and technical management of the team, including responsibility for resources, budget, and results, as well as strategic development of the area of responsibility
• Development, implementation, and optimization of training programs, training standards, and qualification concepts for internal and external partners
• Definition, control, and monitoring of training needs, including resource planning and the development and application of globally applicable KPIs
• Monitoring of training utilization and qualification development, as well as responsibility for planning, budgeting, and KPI-based reporting of training activities
• Establishment, maintenance, and further development of an internal and external network of experts to support training development
• Responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and safe operation of learning facilities and training resources, in compliance with all relevant safety and contractual requirements

Your profile:

• Degree in agricultural economics, business administration, education, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of training, HR development, or project management; technical understanding is an advantage
• Initial management and leadership skills are welcome
• Experience in project management and in managing complex training or development projects
• Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels
