Your role in our team:

  • Distribution Power: to bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our world-leading digital solutions are not only delivered, but deeply embedded, widely adopted, and drive meaningful transformation for customers and partners – making digitalization a significant part of their ongoing strategy 
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: You will increase customer satisfaction with CLAAS machinery by making our digital products accessible through a network of sales & service partners across the region
  • Foster Collaboration: As an active member of the global digital solutions team, you will ensure effective two-way communication between local markets and CLAAS headquarters
  • Drive Added Value: By leveraging digital solutions, you will demonstrate and provide tangible benefits for CLAAS, our sales partners, and our customers.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in agricultural sciences, business administration or similar
  • Several years of professional experience, especially experience in working with different cultures, particularly in Eastern Europe
  • Proven experience in digital agriculture and ability to manage the partner structures by encouraging their involvement in Digital Solution
  • Product knowledge of Farm Management Systems, Machine monitoring solutions, automatic steering systems and Precision Farming technologies 
  • Strong organizational, strategic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Russian and German)
  • Willingness to travel
