Demand Manager / Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:

• You are developing the sales and demand plans of a product unit by collecting, updating, evaluating, and steering all relevant information and findings from the market environment.
• In your role you analyze and challenge the deviations between the demand and the capacity planning of the factories, the availability bottlenecks, and the restrictions.
• You are the primary point of contact to the factories for the product unit to create a feasible demand plan.
• Through interdisciplinary exchange with various interface areas you understand the drivers behind the demand forecast and you ensure the smooth and transparent communication of relevant information to the market.
• Your efforts will empower management to identify gaps to target and to take corrective action.
• The results of your work will also be used by supply chain to ensure the right products are manufactured at the right time, improving In-Stock Availability whilst avoiding the creation of waste and high inventory levels.
• You actively contribute to the enhancement of our planning software (SAP IBP).

Ihr Profil:

• You have a degree in business administration or in the field of MINT.
• In addition, you have initial experience in the field of order processing; logistics or material procurement in a technical, preferably international, environment would be an advantage.
• Your working method is problem-solving oriented and characterized by analytical thinking.
• You will convince us with your high level of comprehension and ability to familiarize yourself independently with new subject areas.
• You are confident in using your German and English skills (spoken and written).
