CLAAS Inside / Internship Data Driven Process Management

Your role in our team:

• You will support the data-based improvement of processes in an international environment.
• You will visualize data from various departments using Tableau and Minitab and derive recommendations for action.
• You will be actively involved in the digitalization and implementation of processes in the CLAAS process portal.
• You will gain an insight into the work of interdisciplinary, international teams and get to know many different specialist areas of the CLAAS Group.
• You will prepare workshops and training and be involved in their implementation.
• You will create presentations for various committees.
• You will have the opportunity to write a final thesis following the internship (assuming good work results).

Your profile:

• You are studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, data science or a comparable subject.
• You have initial experience in the application of data-based methods and in the improvement of processes.
• You enjoy “big data” and have initial knowledge of the software tools Tableau and Minitab, process mining desirable.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English, French desirable.
• You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks and develop innovative solutions.
• You are enthusiastic and highly motivated to contribute your skills to project work in interdisciplinary teams.
• You work independently and are a strong communicator.

Your benefits:

Internship:

•         The weekly working time is 35 hours.
•         The internship duration is 3 - 6 months. Please tell us your possible deployment period in your cover letter.

CLAAS Inside Student:

•         The weekly working time is approx. 20 hours. Working hours can be agreed individually according to the study plan.
•         The period of use extends over 1-2 years. Please tell us your desired start date and duration in your cover letter.
•         In our monthly event “CLAAS StudentTalk” you can interact with other students and CLAAS employee networks.
•         After your internship/CLAAS Inside activity, you have the opportunity to write a final thesis in cooperation with CLAAS.
