At CLAAS Global Sales, you contribute to managing the worldwide distribution of our agricultural machinery.
You will work in the function of Global Demand Management & Sales Administration, collaborating closely with Production, Sales, and Supply Chain Management. Your focus is on improving process transparency and efficiency through KPIs, reporting, and data analysis.
You will take ownership of real business topics and contribute directly to global sales steering.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and improve core processes in global order management (e.g. order-to-delivery)
  • Define and track KPIs for inventory, delivery performance, and lead times
  • Design and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions for process steering
  • Analyze order, sales, and inventory data and derive actionable insights
  • Coordinate with international sales entities and markets
  • Support projects on standardization, automation, and digitalization

 

Your profile:

 

  • Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Economics, Digital Business, Business Informatics, or similar
  • Strong interest in sales, supply chain, and data-driven decision-making
  • First experience in data analysis, reporting, or process management is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); BI tools are a plus
  • Analytical mindset and structured working style
  • High level of initiative and team orientation
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

About CLAAS Inside: 

 

  • Weekly working hours: 20 hours (can be arranged individually based on your course schedule) 
  • Contract duration: 1 year, with the option to extend 
  • After an intensive training period, mobile work is possible
  • Option to complete a thesis (bachelor’s/master’s) in collaboration with CLAAS
