IT Trainee

Your role on our team:

• Cooperate with HR Department to handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes; responsible for the application, setup, modification, and deactivation of system accounts, SAP accounts, and corresponding access rights, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
• Manage the allocation, issuance, recovery, and daily administration of company IT assets; conduct regular inventory checks to ensure physical items match system records and improve asset utilization efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance, scheduled inspections, and troubleshooting for company servers, wired and wireless networks, and conference room IT equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation.
• Handle daily user IT support requests, provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical assistance, respond promptly, and follow up on issues until resolution.
  Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Background in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, information security, and routine server maintenance.
• Basic English reading and writing skills for handling system interfaces and technical documentation.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible; strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to proactively coordinate with other departments.
