Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals regarding tractors, ballers, greenline machinery, telescopic loaders and wheel loaders
- Analyze market/customer needs and competitive environment in the Polish market
- Take operational responsibility for sales targets
- Ensure functional collaboration with field team and all relevant functions (Customer Service, Marketing, Academy)
- Steer dealer network for target achievement in collaboration with Field Team
- Ensure customer satisfaction, add value in direct customer contact during sales process
- Steer local demo activities and qualified sales funnel management
- Ensure local price transparency
- Align necessary market support with the Matrix functions
- Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture Marketing, or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the agricultural machinery sector
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural machinery and equipment market, with a particular focus on tractors and implements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans tactically
- Expertise in sales funnel management and sales analytics tools
- Very good Polish and English skills (German or French is considered as asset)
- Previous experience working within multinational companies
